Horizon Alliance is a joint project operated by 4D Consulting Kft (Hungary) and Elua Capital AB (Sweden). If you sign in with Google, we comply with Google’s API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

When you use Google Sign-In we only retrieve your name and email address from Google. Profile images, locale, or any other attributes returned by Google are discarded and never stored in our systems.

12. Google API Services Compliance

When you choose Google Sign-In, we request only the minimum scopes needed for authentication (typicallyopenid, email, and profile). We do not request restricted scopes (e.g., Gmail, Drive, Photos) or access your content unless it is required for a user-facing feature and you have granted consent.

• Use of Google user data is limited to providing and improving user-facing features that are prominent in our app
• No selling or transferring Google user data to third parties, except as needed to provide the Service, for security, or as required by law
• No human reading of Google user data except with your explicit consent, for security, to comply with law, or in aggregated/anonymized form for internal operations
• We request the narrowest scopes necessary and will undergo verification for sensitive/restricted scopes if ever added

You may revoke the app’s access to your Google Account at any time from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

13. Data Retention and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time in the app via Dashboard → Profile → Delete My Account. We delete active records promptly after confirmation. Limited backup copies may persist for up to 30 days in our encrypted backup rotation before being purged.
